We understand that plans can change for learners in Scarborough. You may reschedule your lessons freely as long as the change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To remain fair to our instructors, cancellations within 24 hours require a valid doctor’s note, which must be provided within 30 days of the lesson date.

For road tests, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Because road tests take several hours of instructor time, we’re unable to accommodate changes within 48 hours of the test.

• Requesting a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted to support@kruzee.com within 30 days of purchase. Requests made beyond 30 days cannot be accommodated.
• Processing Time: Once reviewed, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at booking.
• Non-refundable Expenses: Any delivered lessons, along with administrative or processing fees tied to the booking, may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Changes to Policy: Kruzee reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with updates communicated through our website or directly to students.

• Step 1 | In-Car Assessment and Teaching Evaluation: The first step involves a detailed in-car assessment focused on teaching effectiveness, driving knowledge, and communication skills. We also evaluate whether instructors demonstrate patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Step 2 | Background Checks and Reference Verification: We conduct thorough reference checks, review prior student feedback, and complete comprehensive background and vehicle safety checks to ensure reliability.
• Step 3 | Licensing and Insurance Confirmation: Finally, we confirm that instructors maintain all required licences and insurance at the appropriate municipal or provincial level.

Because Scarborough students spend many hours learning in the car, we ensure instructors are both technically strong and enjoyable to learn from.
