Cancellations made within 24 hours require a valid doctor’s note, which must be submitted within 30 days of the lesson date due to the impact on instructor availability.

Students in Ottawa are required to complete their lesson credits within one year of the purchase date. This requirement complies with Ministry of Transportation regulations for Beginner Driver Education lessons. We’re unable to extend unused credits beyond the one-year timeframe, so we recommend scheduling lessons early to avoid expiration.

At Kruzee, we’re committed to delivering top-quality instruction for Ottawa students by selecting only the top 5% of applicants to join our Ottawa instructor team.

• Step 1 | In-Car Assessment and Teaching Evaluation: Our initial step involves a comprehensive in-car assessment to evaluate teaching effectiveness and driving knowledge, while also assessing personal qualities such as patience and kindness.
• Step 2 | Background Checks and Reference Verification: We conduct thorough background checks, verify references, evaluate student feedback, and complete vehicle safety checks to ensure instructors are reliable and professional.
• Step 3 | Licensing and Insurance Confirmation: Finally, we confirm that instructors meet all licensing and insurance requirements at the municipal or provincial level.

Since Ottawa students spend many hours learning in the car, we ensure instructors are not only highly skilled but also enjoyable to learn from.
