This dual focus guarantees that you receive top-tier, comprehensive instruction tailored to your needs. We also pride ourselves on offering these exceptional services at a cost 30% lower than similar driving schools in Kitchener, making quality driving education more accessible and affordable.

Absolutely! This approval ensures that Kruzee’s curriculum meets the high standards set by the ministry. Additionally, all of Kruzee’s instructors are not only thoroughly vetted but also licenced to teach driving in Kitchener. This means that when you choose Kruzee, you’re not only getting access to a top-quality curriculum, but also all the advantages and assurances that come with an MTO-approved driving school.

Experience the ease and convenience of booking driving lessons in Kitchener directly online (no awkward phone calls or texts!). Here’s how it works in three simple steps:

• Enter Your Postal Code: Start by entering your postal code on our online platform. This helps us find and recommend the best instructors near you.
• Choose Your Package: Select the type of driving lessons you need, from a full package to individual practice lessons.
• Pick Your Time and Location: Finally, choose the most convenient lesson time and pickup location. Your instructor will meet you there for your lesson.

Flexibility is key to our service. You have the freedom to reschedule your lessons as often as needed, provided it’s done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To support our instructors and maintain fairness, we require a valid doctor’s note for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the driving lesson, as last-minute changes can impact their schedules and earnings. The doctor’s note must be provided within 30 days of the lesson date.

For road tests, please contact us at least 48 hours before your road test if you need to cancel or reschedule your test. We are unable to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the road test time. Road tests generally take several hours of our instructors’ time, so in order to be respectful of their time, we ask for a bit more advance notice, so that our instructors can properly adjust their schedule to accommodate any cancellations.

Thank you for understanding and cooperating with these guidelines!

All lesson credits must be utilized within one year from the date of purchase. This policy is in strict compliance with the Ministry of Transportation’s regulations, which mandate that students complete their driving lessons for their Beginner Driver Education course within a year. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer extensions on unused lesson credits beyond this one-year period. We encourage you to schedule your lessons at your earliest convenience to ensure that you are able to make the most of your training within this timeframe.

At Kruzee, we take great pride in offering top-notch driving instruction, which is why only the top 5% of applicants are chosen to join our Kitchener team. Our rigorous selection process ensures you receive the highest quality of instruction available.

• Step 1 |  In-Car Assessment and Teaching Evaluation: Our initial stage involves an in-depth in-car assessment of the instructor’s teaching capabilities and driving knowledge. Here, we also focus on understanding the instructor as an individual. We look for instructors who embody our core values of patience, kindness, and a dedication to education.
• Step 2 | Background Checks and Reference Verification: Next, we conduct a comprehensive review, including verifying references, evaluating past student feedback, and performing thorough background and vehicle safety checks. This ensures our instructors are not only skilled but also trustworthy and reliable.
• Step 3 |  Licensing and Insurance Confirmation: Lastly, we confirm that our instructors hold all necessary licences and insurance, be it at a municipal or provincial level.

Since you’ll be spending over 10 hours in a car with your instructor, it’s crucial for us to ensure that they are not only highly skilled but also someone you’ll enjoy learning from. Our meticulous selection process is designed to make sure that your learning experience with Kruzee is exceptional.

Yes, we offer home pickup and drop-off for driving lessons in Kitchener. When you book, you’ll choose your pickup address (like home, school, or another nearby spot) and your instructor will meet you there.

Securing an insurance discount with the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course in Kitchener is a smart move for new drivers. Here’s how it works:

Insurance companies recognize that students who complete an MTO-approved BDE program are generally safer drivers compared to those who don’t. This safety record has led many insurers to offer a discount of 10-20% on your policy for completing such a program. These discounts can remain on your record for 3-5 years, potentially saving you a substantial amount over the life of your policy. Considering that insurance rates for new drivers can be 2-5 times higher than for experienced drivers, every discount is valuable.

To find out exactly how much you could save, it’s best to contact your insurance provider directly. They can provide specific details based on your situation. Additionally, as a Kruzee student in Kitchener, you have access to 5 free auto insurance quotes from our partner, Walnut Insurance. This can help you compare and find the most cost-effective option for your needs.
