In Etobicoke, all lesson credits must be completed within one year of purchase. This policy is based on Ministry of Transportation regulations that require Beginner Driver Education lessons to be finished within a year. Extensions on unused lesson credits are not permitted after this period, so we recommend scheduling lessons as early as possible.

• Step 1 | In-Car Assessment and Teaching Evaluation: Our process starts with an in-depth in-car assessment to evaluate teaching style, communication, and driving expertise. We also look closely at personal qualities, prioritizing patience, kindness, and dedication to education.
• Step 2 | Background Checks and Reference Verification: We then complete comprehensive background and vehicle safety checks, verify references, and review past student feedback to ensure instructors are trustworthy and dependable.
• Step 3 | Licensing and Insurance Confirmation: We verify that all instructors hold valid licences and insurance in accordance with municipal or provincial requirements.

Since Etobicoke students spend significant one-on-one time in the car, our hiring process focuses on both instructional excellence and instructor compatibility.
