Flexibility is key to our service for students in Vancouver. You have the freedom to reschedule your lessons as often as needed, as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. To support our instructors and keep things fair, we require a valid doctor’s note for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the driving lesson, since last-minute changes can affect their schedules and earnings. The doctor’s note must be provided within 30 days of the lesson date.

For road tests, please contact us at least 48 hours before your road test if you need to cancel or reschedule. We are unable to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the road test time. Road tests generally take several hours of our instructors’ time, so we ask for more advance notice to ensure our instructors can properly adjust their schedule.

At Kruzee, we aim to provide the best learning experience for our students in Vancouver. We understand that sometimes plans change or circumstances arise that might prevent a student from completing their lessons.

• Eligibility for Refunds: Students are eligible to request refunds for lessons that they have not taken or commenced.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, students must contact our customer service team at support@kruzee.com within 30 days of purchase. If a refund request is submitted to Kruzee beyond 30 days of purchase, we are unable to process the refund.
• Processing Time: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review it and process refunds within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
• Non-refundable Expenses: Please note that any delivered lessons, administrative or processing fees associated with the booking may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Changes to Policy: Kruzee reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our official website and/or through direct communication to our students.
