Our policy offers flexibility while remaining fair to instructors in Surrey. Lessons may be rescheduled as needed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation within 24 hours requires a valid doctor’s note, which must be submitted within 30 days of the lesson date due to the effect of last-minute changes.

For road tests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, as these tests take several hours of instructor time.

At Kruzee, we strive to deliver a positive and flexible learning experience for students in Surrey. We recognize that unexpected changes can sometimes prevent lesson completion.

At Kruzee, we carefully select instructors for Surrey students, choosing only the top 5% of applicants to join our Surrey instructor team.

• Step 1 | In-Car Assessment and Teaching Evaluation: We begin with a comprehensive in-car assessment that evaluates teaching style, communication, and driving knowledge, while also assessing personal values like patience and kindness.
• Step 2 | Background Checks and Reference Verification: We complete thorough reference checks, analyze past student feedback, and conduct detailed background and vehicle safety checks to ensure reliability.
• Step 3 | Licensing and Insurance Confirmation: We confirm that instructors meet all municipal or provincial licensing and insurance requirements.

Because Surrey students spend significant time learning in the car, we ensure instructors are both highly skilled and enjoyable to learn from.
