To support our instructors and maintain fairness, we require a valid doctor’s note for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the driving lesson, as last-minute changes can impact their schedules and earnings. The doctor’s note must be provided within 30 days of the lesson date.
For road tests, please contact us at least 48 hours before your road test if you need to cancel or reschedule your test. We are unable to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the road test time. Road tests generally take several hours of our instructors’ time, so in order to be respectful of their time, we ask for a bit more advance notice, so that our instructors can properly adjust their schedule to accommodate any cancellations.

We’ll mail your Course Completion Form (CCF) to the mailing address we have on file once you’ve finished your training. You can expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks. If it hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, please contact support so we can look into it or send a replacement.
