Flexibility is key to our service. You have the freedom to reschedule your lessons as often as needed, provided it’s done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To support our instructors and maintain fairness, we require a valid doctor’s note for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the driving lesson, as last-minute changes can impact their schedules and earnings. The doctor’s note must be provided within 30 days of the lesson date.
For road tests, please contact us at least 48 hours before your road test if you need to cancel or reschedule your test. We are unable to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the road test time. Road tests generally take several hours of our instructors’ time, so in order to be respectful of their time, we ask for a bit more advance notice, so that our instructors can properly adjust their schedule to accommodate any cancellations.

All lesson credits must be utilized within one year from the date of purchase. This policy is in strict compliance with the Ministry of Transportation’s regulations, which mandate that students complete their driving lessons for their Beginner Driver Education course within a year. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer extensions on unused lesson credits beyond this one-year period. We encourage you to schedule your lessons at your earliest convenience to ensure that you are able to make the most of your training within this timeframe.

The Driver’s Licence History (DLH) provides proof of successful completion of and graduation from a BDE course and is widely recognized by the insurance industry as proof of course completion. BDE Graduates with a Driver’s Licence History are eligible for an insurance discount.
If you’re not satisfied with the learning experience after your first lesson, we’ll give you a refund for all remaining lessons and the online course (minus any administrative fees).
